5. Third-Party Platform Integrations
5.1 Google API Services (YouTube Data API)
Vizeel uses Google API Services, specifically the YouTube Data API, to enable you to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel. When you connect your YouTube account to Vizeel:
- Data We Access: Your YouTube account information, channel details, and video metadata necessary to upload videos on your behalf
- How We Use This Data: We use your YouTube account access exclusively to upload videos that you create and schedule through Vizeel. We will clearly identify each video upload action and obtain your express consent before publishing any video to your YouTube channel
- Data Storage: We store your YouTube authorization tokens securely to maintain your connection. We do not store your YouTube videos on our servers beyond what is necessary for the upload process
- Video Visibility: Before publishing any video, we will clearly display the visibility settings (public, unlisted, or private) and you must explicitly approve these settings
- Data Sharing: We do not share your YouTube data with third parties except as necessary to provide the upload functionality (e.g., transmitting video files to YouTube's servers)
- Data Retention: Your YouTube access tokens are retained until you disconnect your YouTube account from Vizeel or delete your Vizeel account
Vizeel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5.2 Facebook and Instagram Integration
Vizeel integrates with Facebook and Instagram (via Meta's Graph API) to enable you to publish videos to your Facebook pages and Instagram accounts:
- Data We Access: Your Facebook/Instagram account information, page/profile details, and permissions to publish content on your behalf
- How We Use This Data: We use your Facebook/Instagram access to upload and publish videos that you create and schedule through Vizeel. You must explicitly authorize each video publication
- Data Storage: We securely store your Facebook/Instagram authorization tokens. We do not retain your published content beyond what is necessary for the upload process
- Content Permissions: You retain all ownership of content you publish through Vizeel to Facebook/Instagram
- Data Retention: Your access tokens are retained until you disconnect your Facebook/Instagram account from Vizeel
5.3 TikTok Integration
Vizeel integrates with TikTok to enable you to publish videos to your TikTok account:
- Data We Access: Your TikTok account information and permissions to upload videos on your behalf
- How We Use This Data: We use your TikTok access exclusively to upload videos that you create and schedule through Vizeel, with your explicit authorization
- Data Storage: We securely store your TikTok authorization tokens and do not retain video content beyond the upload process
- Privacy Settings: You control the privacy and visibility settings for each video published to TikTok
- Data Retention: Your access tokens are retained until you disconnect your TikTok account from Vizeel

While account is active and as needed for service/legal/disputes.
8. Your rights and data control
You have the following rights regarding your personal data, depending on your location:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data
Revoking Third-Party Platform Access
You can revoke Vizeel's access to your connected social media accounts at any time:
- YouTube/Google: Disconnect your YouTube account from Vizeel through your account settings, or revoke access via your Google Account permissions page
- Facebook/Instagram: Disconnect through Vizeel settings or via your Facebook App Settings
- TikTok: Disconnect through Vizeel settings or via your TikTok account's authorized apps section
When you revoke access, we will delete your associated authorization tokens within 7 days. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@vizeel.com
9. International transfers
Cross-border transfers; appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.
10. Security
Administrative/technical/physical measures; no method is 100% secure.
11. Children
Not intended for <16; we don't knowingly collect children's data.

We'll update as needed; material changes communicated via service or email.
